Designed by renowned architect Brandon Haw, the tower draws inspiration from the iconic 1930s Art Deco hotels along Collins Avenue. His vision fuses timeless elegance with contemporary refinement, creating a future landmark that pays homage to Miami Beach’s storied past while boldly redefining its skyline.
Sales are expected to launch later this year, with groundbreaking to follow soon after. The project marks another prestigious collaboration between Midtown Equities and Cipriani, following their celebrated success with Casa Cipriani New York.
